Capturing more than 100 readings/s, the SMX2055 5.5-digit PXI/cPCI digital multimeter features two- and four-wire resistance measurements with six ranges from 240 Ω to 24 MΩ; true RMS AC voltage and current measurements; and diode V/I characterization. The instrument is capable of performing auto-range, relative, min/max, dB, and percent-deviation measurements with the same look and feel of bench instruments.
