Omron Electronics has named Kaman Industrial Technologies a national distributor of its electronic sensors and industrial products. Kaman’s 185 U.S. branch locations will be authorized to sell, within the continental United States, Omron timers, counters, temperature controllers, power supplies, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and limit switches.
"One of Omron's key initiatives globally is to double the value of the company in the next three years," said Omron national distributor manager Joe Spedale. "Our plan is aggressive yet realistic, considering the breadth and depth of Omron’s product line. Partnering with industry leading companies like Kaman…will take us a long way toward achieving our planned goals."
Kaman Industrial Technologies, founded in 1971, is a wholly-owned division of Kaman Corporation, a diversified $1 billion multinational company with businesses in aerospace and distribution. Kaman distributes more than one million products annually, including bearings and mechanical and electrical power transmission, motion control, material handling, and fluid power products and services.
