The PVA-1000 software suite provides full analysis of VoIP telephone calls, including jitter, packet loss, and audio playback. Non-technical personnel can use software capture agents to capture only poor-quality VoIP calls and automatically forward the data to a TAC-defined FTP server. This remote capture capability eliminates dispatches to remote locations. PVA-1000 also supports Ethernet capture files from Acterna Domino, DA-3400, DA-3600A, and HST-3000 analyzers.
