Willtek tester targets high-volume mobile-phone repair
-- Test & Measurement World, 7/23/2009 9:00:00 AM
Willtek Communications introduced the 3110 mobile service tester designed for large mobile-phone service centers. With its fast measurement speed and automation capabilities, the 3110 is suitable for the incoming inspection and final testing stages of mobile-phone repair factories.
A built-in VGA screen is used for parameter setup and provides a detailed results display. Willtek's 7311 Lector test automation software enables single-button operation, simplifying test sequences with clear pass/fail results.
The 3110 is equipped for GSM, EDGE, and WCDMA and supports adjacent channel power measurements. Uses can extend the instrument functionality with options for GPRS, audio, and current testing. An HSDPA option will be available shortly.
