XJRunner, a graphical add-on to the XJTAG boundary scan development system, helps production sites improve and speed up testing of densely populated PCBs, particularly those incorporating JTAG devices that cannot be tested using conventional methods. Through its user-friendly GUI, XJRunner can be configured to perform simple pass/fail tests, as well as more sophisticated test routines. It is packed with features that simplify production line testing, including logging and serial number support to ensure traceability of boards during manufacture.
