Pendulum Instruments to Acquire XL Microwave

Sweden-based Pendulum Instruments, a manufacturer of time and frequency counters and frequency references, has announced plans to acquire US-based XL Microwave, a producer of microwave counters and antenna alignment products. Through the acquisition, Pendulum will establish a subsidiary at XL Microwave's Oakland, CA, facility.
"XL Microwave products are complementary to Pendulum's portfolio of high-precision time and frequency measuring instruments in that XL Microwave covers the frequency range above 20 GHz up to 60 GHz," commented Harald Kruger, CEO of Pendulum Instruments, in a prepared statement.
