VXI frequency synthesizers

Occupying three VXI bus slots, the 1140B and 1141B synthesizers cover a frequency range of 0.001 GHz to 20 GHz and 2 GHz to 20 GHz, respectively, with a frequency resolution of 1 Hz. The 1140B targets broadband RF and microwave automatic test system applications, while the 1141B is intended for microwave applications. Both models feature complex I/Q modulation capability over their respective frequency ranges, as well as conventional pulse/frequency/AM modulation functionality. Each is less than one-fourth the size of comparable rack-and-stack microwave synthesizers and weighs less than 18 lbs.
