Operating at up to 2.4 GHz, the C3100 programmable universal counter measures frequency, period, duty cycle, RPM, frequency ratio, difference frequency, time interval and totalize. It plots trend graphs on a bright 128T64-pixel LCD and includes eight setup screens that can be saved and retrieved from memory.
