Frequency Source Card for PC-Based ATE
-- Test & Measurement World, 3/5/2004 2:00:00 AM
Furaxa's Synth300 PCI card produces repetitive test signals from 1 MHz to 300 MHz for ATE in communications, military/aerospace, and scientific applications. Using direct digital synthesis, the card is programmable in increments of 0.223 Hz over its entire frequency span.
Avialable in one-channel and two-channel models, the Synth300 has an output voltage range of +/-500 mV. Its programmable profiles let you define waveforms such as amplitude, frequency, and phase-modulated signals. You can switch profiles under either software or hardware control. For hardware control, the card's TTL-level inputs select the profile.
Each Synth300 card comes with drivers for Windows 2000/XP, Red Hat Linux 7.2 and 9.0, and Solaris 8 or 9 (SPARC paltform edition). Prices: $1495 for single output, $1995 for dual output.
