Function Generator Replaces Discontinued Model
-- Test & Measurement World, 11/9/2005 9:48:00 AM
The GP1665H from Geotest is a funtional replacement for the discontinued Hewlett-Packard (Agilent) 8165A function generator. Test systems that need replacement units can use the GP1665H with no change in software. The GP1665H generates sine, sawtooth, square, and triangle waveforms at frequencies from 10 µHz to 50 MHz. The instrument features AM and FM modulation, precision trigger, gate, and burst modes, and logarithmic up/down sweeps over three decades. It can store up to 10 sets of waveform parameters and settings in nonvolatile memory.
