Free for downloading in a time-unlimited version, InCyte's economic analysis engine takes into account such economic dimensions as: yielded silicon die cost; IC package recommendation and cost; test and assembly costs; NRE costs, including masks, engineering, tools, and IP; and ROI analysis on IP and NRE investments.
