Switching matrix test tool

Pickering Interfaces has introduced the PI-MXT90-100, a test tool that identifies faulty relays on the company's PXI switching matrices. The diagnostic tool uses a test adapter and a DMM, which operate under automatic software control to perform tests with a minimum of operator intervention. Having located a faulty relay, the modules enable you to install replacements without the need for specialized tools.
