An Ethernet interface joins the RS-232 and GPIB automation interfaces available for Associated Power Technologies' 6000 Series of programmable AC power sources. The new Ethernet communications card lets you set up and execute tests, as well as retrieve data remotely from any PC with a network connection. It also provides a barcode scanner port and an active RS-232 serial port.
The 6000 Series of programmable AC power sources comprises four models delivering 500 VA, 1 kVA, 2 kVA, and 4 kVA. Other features include a graphic display and intuitive menu; programmable test parameters; 50 memory locations and 9 programmable steps; programmable high and low limits for voltage, amps, and frequency; and programmable start/end angles. You can use the 6000 Series of power sources for a wide variety of test and measurement, avionics, manufacturing, and military applications.
