Jova Solutions’ ISL-3200 system provides the integrated hardware and software required for testing a variety of CMOS-image-sensor devices and systems. It can serve in applications ranging from QA test in volume manufacturing to engineering characterization and image-quality analysis.
Features of the ISL-3200 include integrated hardware and software with analysis and characterization routines; optional analysis and test-automation software; support for 64-Mpixel resolution; 12/24-bit ADCs; image data rates to 100 MHz at 16 bits per pixel; a 200-Mbyte/s PCI Express interface; I²C, SPI, and UART sensor communication capabilities; and support for analog-output sensors via an adapter board.
