LCR meter has two interfaces

The Z8900 LCR meter from Protek Test and Measurement lets you automate component measurements through its RS-232 and handler interfaces. It's 5-digit LCD display lets you see capacitance (C), inductance (L), resistance (R), impedance (Z), dissipation factor (D), quality factor (Q) and phase (Φ). The instrument also measures R+Q, L+Q, L+R, C+D, C+R, and Z+Φ and and it makes absolute, delta, and delta % measurements. Measurement frequencies are 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, and 100 kHz with basic accuracy of 0.1%. It  makes 12 measurements/s. Price: $992.
