DtiefEasy is a software tool set that allows users to migrate existing LASAR-based test programs to new, lower-cost, digital test platforms. DtifEasy is a full-featured tool set and supports the importing, converting, and execution of IEEE 1445-compliant digital test vectors generated by a LASAR simulation.

The package includes a LASAR post-processor, run-time, and diagnostic test environment for supporting go/no-go, fault dictionary, and guided-probe functionality. All four IEEE 1445 file types (UUT model group, Stimulus and Response group, Fault Dictionary group, and Probe group) are supported.

Geotest says that DtifEasy enables customers to migrate to a PXI based, digital test platform, allowing them to realize a significant cost savings compared to hosting a LASAR based solution on a VXI platform. The cost reduction could easily be 50% or more, according to the company.
