A family of modular enclosures from Elma Electronic, the compact MiniBox 34 serves a wide range of applications, including communications, industrial, test and measurement, military/aerospace, and medical markets. A flexible modular design and simple construction enable the MiniBox 34 to address both desktop and wall-mount requirements.Grooves on the inside of the top, bottom, and sidewalls of the enclosure allow PCBs to be directly inserted at various heights inside the enclosure. An optional vertical divider plate has grooves on both sides to permit boards to be inserted on each side of the enclosure. The plate can be inserted in the middle of the enclosure or in various locations, allowing boards of different widths to be plugged without special hardware mounting.
With its rugged aluminum construction, the MiniBox 34 family of rectangular enclosures is lightweight and sturdy. EMC protection is standard. Advanced shielding options are available, as is optional IP65 protection for dust and water resistance. An aesthetic front panel is protected with a bezel that also prevents the panel screws from being seen. Other features of the MiniBox 34 include an adjustable handle, foot strips, and various color and customization options.
