Everett Charles Technologies (ECT) uses a wide range of compliant technologies to deliver custom interconnects in small to large volumes through its new Compliant Connector Group (CCG). Compliant connectors offer superior durability in high-cycle-life applications, while Pogo-based devices maintain consistent electromechanical characteristics in excess of 1 million cycles.ECT's CCG can build connectors and Pogos to customer specifications for use in military, aerospace, industrial, and test and measurement applications. Products range from rugged high-power devices rated at over 75 A to dense 0.2-mm-pitch interposers.
The group's services support both new-product introductions and high-volume manufacturing. Machined bodies in a variety of materials are used for small-run custom applications, while molded bodies are used for higher-volume needs. In addition, connector packaging can be optimized for downstream processes that employ tape-and-reel or other techniques.
CCG's interactive project management, from inception to production, presents a simplified walk-through approach that benefits both the customer and end product.
