NI's TestStand 2.0 takes Test Product of the Year Award
Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 4/1/2002
The readers of Test & Measurement World have voted TestStand 2.0 from National Instruments as the 2002 Test Product of the Year. TestStand was one of 12 products selected as Best in Test Award winners by the editors of T&MW. We announced the winners in our December 2001 issue and asked readers to vote for the Test Product of the Year. TestStand 2.0 won the balloting.
The TestStand 2.0 test executive supports many programming languages and enables the reuse of legacy code. It facilitates database logging and report generation, so engineers can focus on test-code development. TestStand 2.0's parallel test support lets users run batch tests or asynchronous tests.
Roy Forsberg, T&MW's publisher, will present the Test Product of the Year Award to NI executives in Austin, TX, later this month. The other winners of Best in Test Awards will receive their plaques during personal visits from representatives of the magazine.
