UbiNetics nets 3G deal

UbiNetics (Cambridge, UK) is licensing its TM200 Test Mobile technology to Rohde & Schwarz (Munich). The battery-powered TM200 works like a 3G-consumer terminal and allows operators to perform a variety of tests on WCDMA networks. The unit operates in the 3GPP frequency bands and was designed for incorporation into third-party test and measurement systems.
The technology agreement will allow Rohde & Schwarz to augment its existing communications test equipment with mobile 3G capability. http://www.ubinetics.com.
