VXITech buys Agilent data-acquisition products

VXI Technology (Irvine, CA) has completed its purchase of the Mechanical Data Acquisition Business Segment, based in Lake Stevens, WA, from Agilent Technologies. Plans for the acquisition were first announced in March. This Agilent unit has been providing data-acquisition systems since 1972.
