In keeping with its philosophy that a well-trained sales force best serves both company and customers, DVT Corp. is offering professional sales skills training to both its distributor sales organization and integrator partners. Conducted by Resource Technologies, the Impact program consists of a Web-based skill, aptitude, and attitude assessment, two 2-day workshops, and a battery of Web-based exams. Everyone who successfully completes the program earns the designation DVT Certified Sales Professional.
Now in its second year, the program has already provided training to more than 250 distributor and integrator salespeople, and the company is planning an annual refresher course for re-certification.
