PCMCIA JTAG controller

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 2/1/2004

Contained on a single-slot PCMCIA Type II card, this IEEE 1149.1 boundary-scan controller allows a laptop computer to be used for boundary-scan testing during product design and manufacturing, as well as for field service. The controller's user-programmable JTAG clock offers sustained throughput of up to 40 MHz, while its 32-bit CardBus interface enables high-speed data transfer. The Model PCMCIA-1149.1/E controller card comes with a Windows-based scan function library written in C, which allows you to create powerful custom test programs using high-level programming languages.
