Handheld scope/DMM collects 50 Msamples/s

The battery-operated Model S2401 provides a DC to 1-MHz bandwidth in a 1.5-lb. handheld package. It features a 50-Msamples/s single-channel or 25-Msamples/s dual-channel sampling rate. It offers a record length of 512 bytes for single-shot and glitch-capture modes and 256 bytes for other modes. Vertical sensitivity ranges from 50 mV to 500 V. The instrument can store up to 16 waveforms and instrument settings.

The unit also incorporates a 4000-count DMM (with built in autoranging) that measures DC and AC voltage, resistance, frequency, pulse width, duty cycle, and rpm. It operates on a 4.8-V NiMH battery or an AC adapter and comes with an RS-232 cable.
