Measurement uncertainty guide available

A guide to measurement uncertainty in EMC tests is now available from Schaffner EMC. The guide provides the basic concepts for identifying and calculating contributions to uncertainty as well as examples on how to set up uncertainty budgets for common EMC emissions measurements. The guide also briefly covers the effect of new CISPR standards documents on the calculation and reporting of measurement uncertainty.
