Oscilloscope power supply option
Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 4/1/2004
A DC input power supply option for the DL750 ScopeCorder lets you operate the instrument using 10-V to 18-V DC power, allowing in-vehicle measurements without the need for an external DC/AC converter. The DC option can also be used as a backup power supply for the multiple-channel oscilloscope/data recorder. When both AC and DC power sources are connected to the unit, the instrument runs on AC. However, if there is a disruption of AC power or if AC power is lost completely, the instrument automatically switches to the DC input. The option adds only 800 g of weight and 20 mm of width to the DL750 mainframe. Price: DC option—$1000; DL750 mainframe—from $5595.
