Image sensors deliver 210 frames/s

The KAI-0340DM 640x480-pixel sensor operates at readout speeds to 210 frames/s, while the companion KAI-0340SM supports 110 frame/s readout. Frame rates as high as 4000 Hz can be achieved using the KAI-0340DM's Fast Horizontal Line Dump feature and a special clocking mode. Designed for demanding imaging applications in, for example, surface-mount pick-and-place machines and PCB inspection equipment, the sensors offer electronic shuttering and 55% peak quantum efficiency. Imager size is 5.92 mm (diagonal). Both sensor versions can also be supplied with the vendor's RGB Bayer color filter array.
