A complete PC-based turnkey system, the RVM-1SHTV provides low to medium acceleration levels of random- and swept-sine rotary vibration over a frequency range of 2 Hz to 2.0 kHz (6.5 kHz sine). The unit's sealed shaker operates in environmental test chambers at up to 185F and a partial vacuum down to 15 in. Hg (1/2 atm). An electrodynamic actuator and power amplifier provide the large 14-degree rotational displacement of the 8-in. diameter table that is essential for operation at low frequencies.
