This family of dual-channel waveform digitizers for the PCI bus comprises two models offering 12-bit sampling at 20 and 50 Msamples/s. Both the ATS1250 and ATS1220 provide a 60-dB signal-to-noise ratio, independently programmable input ranges from ±20 mV to ±20 V, AC/DC coupling, and 50-Ω/1-MΩ impedance on each channel.
