Device injects faults into time-triggered networks

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 6/1/2004

TTP-Disturbance Node injects faults into networks using the Time-Triggered Protocol (TTP). The device lets engineers study the effects of faults on system behavior and allows them to test fault-tolerance properties of safety-critical real-time systems based on TTP. Included is a special fault description language, implemented in XML, that is used to create fault scenarios. TTTech Computertechnik, Vienna, Austria. +43-1-585-34-34-0; www.tttech.com .
