Visible laser diodes

Two high-output red laser diodes, the HL6525MG and HL6526FM, produce a maximum rated optical output power of 80 mW continuous-wave (140 mW pulsed) at 658 nm. Both are AlGaInp laser diodes with multi-quantum well structures suitable for applications requiring high visibility in demanding environments.
