In addition to a 4-1/2-digit multimeter with both 16-bit and 24-bit measurement modes, the Model 41-250 provides a multiplexer for the DMM input, digital I/O functions, a frequency counter, and an audio source on a 3U PXI module. Two RS-232 serial ports allow communication with units under test. The Model 41-250 is available as a single-slot module or as a higher-voltage two-slot module.
