DVT to acquire MTI Machine Vision

DVT Corp. (Duluth, GA) has agreed to acquire MTI Machine Vision (Providence, RI), a company that manufactures semiconductor wafer-reading algorithms. DVT is acquiring the rights to MTI's machine-vision software products and intellectual property as well as other assets.
