Goepel Electronic's Diagnostic-Tool V1.45 is a universal software application designed for use in the development and production of automotive engine control units. The Tool, compliant with ISO 9141, controls the timing of serial communications that have multithreading functions. It was specially designed for portable use with a notebook, so no additional hardware is needed to create the communication protocol. Diagnostics can be done via the CAN bus.
