Photometric sensor

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 9/1/2004

Useful for measuring virtually any type of LED-based display, the IL Photometric 127 sensor measures averaged LED intensity in accordance with CIE 127-1997 conditions A and B. The sensor has a 100-mm2 input aperture and photopic filter that matches the CIE photopic response curve to better than 1%. When used with the portable IL1400 and benchtop IL1700 radiometers, the sensor provides NIST traceable results. It comes with a CD containing calibration data and comparison curves, application notes, and scanned absolute photopic responses. International Light, Newburyport, MA. www.intl-light.com .
