Sigrity has released version 4.1 of its SpeedXP software that is used for design and analysis of electronics. The SPEED2000 component of the software combines circuit and transmission line simulations with an electromagnetic (EM) field solver that computes dynamic EM interactions within IC package and board structures. It can handle transient EM simulation of an entire IC package or PCB along with IBIS and transistor-level SPICE models.
