Gravity handler

The MT9928 high-speed gravity handler is an extension of Multitest Electronic Systems' Model MT9918. The new version features a reduced base-unit height: 20 cm less than its predecessor. In addition, it offers easier access to the temperature chamber and sort shuttle, faster kit conversion, and a new LN2 evaporator to improve temperature stability. It also supports 2x2-mm micro leadframe (MLF) packages. The MT9928 preserves the MT9918's 28,000-unit/hr throughput, touch-screen interface with Asian language support, and 105x97-cm footprint.
