The R&S FSU50 spectrum analyzer, which covers the 20-Hz to 50-GHz range, exhibits an average noise level of –118 dBm at a 10-Hz bandwidth, giving it a wide dynamic range for power measurements. The device offers a collection of filter types with resolution bandwidths up to 50 MHz. For frequencies as great as 3.6 GHz, it achieves a measurement uncertainty of less than 0.3 dB and attains 3 dB uncertainty at 50 GHz without filter peaking.
