Belgian government supports LMS

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 2/1/2005

LMS International (Leuven, Belgium) has announced that the Belgian Federal Government has agreed to help finance the development of LMS Virtual.Lab for Aerospace. The software is used in aircraft and space system development.

LMS Virtual.Lab simulates component and full aircraft performance, addressing the structural integrity of airframe designs, the dynamic performance of landing gear, and the vibro-acoustic comfort of the aircraft cabin.

By providing such backing, the Belgian government helps Belgian high-tech companies participate in the development of the Airbus A380 aircraft. www.lms.be.
