Ixia to offer WPA test stations

Communications Machinery Corporation (CMC) and Ixia have entered a non-exclusive global reseller agreement that allows Ixia to market and sell CMC's full line of Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) test stations—the EmulationEngine XT product line. The test stations allow measurement of throughput, response time, and VoIP Mean Opinion Scores (MOS) for 802.11 stations in a full-network, open-air test environment.
Under the agreement, Ixia will be able to use its full global sales force, reseller partners, and distribution channels to directly supply customers with the EmulationEngine products. In addition, Ixia will provide customer support for the products, offering users immediate access to trained support engineers. www.cmc.com.
