Wireless Age acquires Mmwave Technologies

Wireless Age Communications (King City, ON, Canada) has signed a letter of intent to acquire mmwave Technologies (Mississauga, ON, Canada). Mmwave is a system integrator, distributor, and representative of wireless, microwave, and fiber-optic components, test systems, and subsystems. It is a member of the WiMAX forum as well as an active member of the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association. The two companies expect to integrate their businesses and plan a network and engineering initiative to expand operations.
