Mixed-signal ATE system

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 6/1/2005

The S790 Series2 works with test programs and fixtures from all Schlumberger S700, S790, and S790VXI series ATE systems to provide a risk-free migration path for testing mission-critical circuit boards. At the heart of the S790 Series2 is DiagnoSYS's Computer Aided Test Engineering (CATE) software, a graphical environment integrating a powerful set of test program development and diagnostic tools encompassing functional, in-circuit, boundary-scan, mixed-signal, and bus emulation test techniques. The base S790 Series2 configuration includes a test head that accommodates up to 448 universal pins or 1792 universal Flexpins or a combination of both. DiagnoSYS Systems, www.diagnosys-usa.com.
