Offering an RS-422 control interface and full fan-out configurations ranging from 32x32 to 32x64, the 5096 CANbus solid-state switch matrix operates from 3.4 GHz to 4.2 GHz. Even though it is intended for signal routing applications, the 5096 can also be used as a building block for ATE applications. The rack-mount switch matrix comprises two input modules, four output modules, and one controller.
