3-GHz programmable attenuators

Targeting ATE testing over a frequency range of DC to 3 GHz, Series 50TTL-3 programmable attenuators provide a total attenuation range of 127 dB and a direct TTL interface. Four standard attenuation ranges are available: 0–15 dB, 0–31 dB, 0–63 dB, and 0–127 dB with respective overall accuracies of ±0.9 dB, ±1.2 dB, ±2.0 dB, and ±4.0 dB. Maximum VSWR is 1.5:1. The 50-ohm impedance attenuators come with SMA, BNC, N, or TNC female connectors.
