The RTPA2A real-time probe adapter is an interface hardware module that enables P7000 series probes to be used with Tektronix real-time spectrum analyzers. With the RTPA2A, you can connect high-frequency in-circuit probes for RF signals up to 8 GHz and perform base band analysis of IQ signals. The adapter provides power for up to two P7000 probes through an external power supply, while handling probe control signals through a USB cable that connects the RTPA2A to the spectrum analyzer.
