Beam profiler upgrade

Version 1.10 software brings new features to the BeamStar FX series of Firewire beam profilers. The upgrade includes report generation, measurement along major and minor axes, point-to-point distance measurement, region of interest, 2-D Gaussian fit, step-by-step M2 measurement, and ActiveX control. The BeamStar FX system comes complete with camera, filters, plug-and-play PC card, and software.
