A new version of the AK-ST7FMC starter kit accommodates single-phase, bi-phase, and three-phase AC motors (including permanent magnet AC motors) and three-phase DC motors in various control topologies. Based on STMicroelectronics' ST7FMC microcontroller, the kit includes a motor control board with 10-A inverter stage; a 24-V three-phase, permanent-magnet brushless DC motor; an in-circuit debugger board; and an optoisolation board.
