The 5800 series multiconfiguration, multifunction ATE system from Aeroflex provides a modular test environment that allows users to combine low-cost analog in-circuit testing (to a maximum of 3456 test points) with functional and system testing in a single test environment. Taking advantage of PXI hardware, the tester is available in three styles—bench, floor standing, and rack-mount—and each has a 21-slot rack as well as power and utility cards. Available: March 2006.
