Feinfocus has announced the HDX-ray 16-bit imaging chain for its FOX x-ray inspection systems. The 2.6-Mpixel imaging subsystem features more than 65,000 gray scales with selectable frame rates from 1 to 30 frames/s. HDX-ray is available on all FOX systems or as an upgrade.
