IC test system

Staff -- Test & Measurement World, 8/1/2005

Boasting a compact 11x14-in. footprint, the IC-100 general-purpose IC test system is small enough to sit on top of most handlers and probers, yet powerful enough to allow for high-throughput end-of-line testing. The system offers a choice of three different standard test heads for testing analog and discrete ICs up to 128 pins. Test program development is done using an intuitive fill-in-the-blanks spreadsheet that can be written and compiled offline. Its streamlined software also minimizes test costs and reduces test times. Most internal calculations are precompiled before actually testing the device, and many setups and housekeeping tasks are performed during the prober/handler cycle time. Base price: $30,000. Delivery: 6 to 8 weeks. ProductionLine Testers, www.productionlinetesters.com.
